Demand Setting Meeting- November 19-21, 2019

This is where Voting delegates from all parts of Alberta decide on what we want to see in the ingoing proposals for Negotiations towards the next Contract (Collective Agreement). There was an overview of survey results from the UNA Provincial Researcher, that compared results from 2016 surveys. Some members may recall receiving a phone call to participate in this survey. Over the three days, delegates had debate and discussion on specific contract asks deemed important to the members. The 2020 Negotiation committee will take the decisions made at Demand Setting and have a package to present to the entire UNA membership to be ratified. Stay tuned for these updates, they will be posted to this website and our 121 Social media pages.
